Guest Registration Policies

Spring and Fall CQA Conferences

The April and September CQA Conferences are Members-Only events. We do not offer guest slots to the September Chicago conference due to space limitations. However, we do offer a limited number of guest slots to the Las Vegas event in April. These invitations are offered to applicants who are currently on our waiting list for membership. If you would like to request an invitation to the event please contact Melissa at melissa@cqa.org. Once you receive an invitation, please go to the Payments page and select the Conference Guest button to pay your guest fee.

Quantitative Trading Seminar in New York

This event is co-sponsored with the SQA and non-CQA members are invited to attend.

If you are a trader and you work for a firm that has a CQA member there is no charge to attend the seminar. All you need to do is send Melissa an email at melissa@cqa.org with your name, your company name, and the name of the CQA member sponsor at your firm.

If you do not have a CQA member sponsor at your firm there is a $100 fee to attend. You can pay the fee by using the Payments link and selecting the Seminar Guest button.

If you are an SQA member there is a discounted fee of $50 fee to attend. Go to the Payments page and select the SQA Guest button.

After you pay the guest fee you will receive an email confirming your registration to the event.

CQA-SQA Virtual Seminars

Non-CQA members from the SQA are invited to sign in for this virtual presentation.

If you are not a CQA member you can still register on the CQA website. You will receive an email approving your registration and then we will send you a link with call-in information a few days before the event.

You can also register through the SQA.

ASSA Reception

There is no charge to attend this event and non-members are invited to attend. Go ahead and register for the reception using the regular registration process. You will be identified by the system as a non-member and we will approve your registration and add you to the list of attendees.

CQAsia Conference in Hong Kong

Guests are invited to attend the CQAsia conference. For both members of CQAsia and guests, the cost to attend the conference is the same.

The conference fee is US $500. You can pay the fee by using the Payments link and selecting the CQAsia Conference button under Conference Fees. After you pay the conference fee you will receive an email confirming your registration to the event. If you have a Sponsor Code, please enter it on the registration form. If you have a Sponsor Code supplied by one of our official sponsors, the conference fee will be waived.
